Jay Sebben is the Founder and CEO of Fultonbridge. He began his career as a Senior Consultant in the Transaction Services Group at KPMG before becoming a key Financial Analyst in Corporate Development at True North Communications. Mr. Sebben co-founded Fultonbridge in 2000. Then a tech-focused merchant bank, he began buying small technology companies and incubating new venture ideas. This led to the founding of L Street Corporation, a venture holding company focused on buying and building middle market businesses. Jay has also served on several Boards, including Who Care Chicago and Nature’s America Company.
Mr. Sebben graduated with a BBA in Accounting with an emphasis in Entrepreneurial Finance from the University of Iowa.
Stan Koss is a Managing Director at Fultonbridge, with over 30 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. Mr. Koss began his career working with industrial and manufacturing businesses at The Chicago Corporation. He then went on to work at Bankers Trust and CIBC Oppenheimer before moving to Bear Stearns where he began in the Chicago office as a Vice President covering industrial and manufacturing businesses before moving to the Leveraged Finance Department in New York. After leaving Bear Stearns, he co-founded the M&A Advisory firm TTK Partners in 2002 with two former colleagues from Bear Stearns. After more than a decade TTK Partners was sold to Loop Capital. Since then, Mr. Koss has been involved in a variety of entrepreneurial ventures and invested in several small businesses with the private holding company L Street Corporation. Mr. Koss is a lifelong dealmaker, having been involved in numerous transactions, totaling over $10 billion in value and he continues to advise companies in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Mr. Koss attended the University of Michigan on a full academic scholarship and graduated with high honors earning a bachelors degree with concentration in Economics and Psychology. Mr. Koss holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.
Tim Stan is a Senior Associate at Fultonbridge, with over eight years of investment banking and mergers and acquisitions advisory experience. Mr. Stan started his career with Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank as an analyst on the automotive coverage team, while also taking on credit analysis projects and receiving corporate credit training. Mr. Stan then joined StoneRidge Advisors, LLC, an insurance focused investment banking firm, where he provided sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions advisory. After StoneRidge Advisors’ merger with Waller Helms, he stayed on as an associate, remaining focused on insurance, business services, fintech, and healthcare. Just before joining Fultonbridge, Mr. Stan worked on the Corporate Development and M&A team managing sourcing and execution of buy-side acquisitions for Fort Dearborn Company, a large private equity backed industrials company. Mr. Stan has been involved in over 20 closed transactions.
Mr. Stan graduated with a BS in Finance with Honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Mr. Stan holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
Saptarshi Chakraborty serves as an Analyst at Fultonbridge with 3 years of investment analysis experience. Mr. Chakraborty started his career with an internship with the owner of Yum Village, an Afro-Caribbean start-up restaurant, presenting ideas to maximize outreach and growth as well as providing financial consultancy via a business plan to maximize value with vendors and suppliers. After graduating, Mr. Charkraborty worked for the Michigan Business Connection, an assortment of Credit Unions, where he served as an Analyst Specializing in commercial real estate and distressed credits. His expertise focuses primarily in the manufacturing and e-commerce space.
Mr. Chakraborty graduated from the University of Michigan with a BS in economics and entrepreneurship.
